 For added safety and peace of mind, dogs  are fitted with a complimentary Apple AirTag during all walks or transportation services. This allows an extra layer of location security while your pet is in our care.

 Services canceled 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made the evening before receive a 50% credit, and cancellations within the day of are non-refundable due to reserved scheduling. 

Have more than one pup? We're happy to care for the whole pack! For each additional dog we charge a small fee of  $10 for 20 or 30 minute visits, $15 for 45-minute visits, and $20 for 1 or 2 hour visits to ensure every pup receives the same attentive care. 

 If you or your pup are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know right away and we’ll work with you to make it right. Your dog’s comfort, happiness, and safety are always our top priority. 

 We proudly support rescue dogs! When you book a service for your resident dog, care for your foster dog is complimentary.

Many of our favorite clients come from referrals!  When a new client you refer books and completes their first service, both of you will receive a $15 account credit toward future visits.
