How does it work?
Step One - Client Intake Form
Click on the 'Get Started' button on our homepage, which will redirect you to our new client intake form. Please fill out the information requested and patiently wait 24-48 hours for us to reach out to you to book your complimentary meet and greet.
Step Two - Set Up Profile in Time To Pet App
Download the Time To Pet app, which is the platform we use for booking, communication, and invoicing. Once your account is approved in our system (usually 24-48 hours) you can finish setting up your profile, as well as your pet's profile.
Step Three - Complimentary Meet and Greet
On the day of your scheduled meet and greet, please have all necessary information readily available including vaccine records, a spare set of keys to your home (if needed), medications, etc.
Step Four - Book Your First Service!
Schedule your first booking! Use the app to request services and to communicate with us if you have any questions.
