Invoices are created at the time of booking and can be paid anytime through the Time To Pet app. If an invoice remains unpaid by 9PM on the Friday following your service, the card on file will be automatically charged. Cash or check payments may also be accepted if arranged prior to booking.

Meet & greets are always provided complimentary. This visit allows us to get to know you and your pup, review care instructions, and make sure it’s the perfect fit before services begin.
Yes! We are licensed and insure through Pet Sitter's Associates.
Of course. After every visit we send out a "report card" via the Time To Pet app to give you a quick update on how your furry friend is doing. During our longer stays we also provide picture and/or video updates!
Services canceled 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made the evening before receive a 50% credit, and cancellations within the day of are non-refundable due to reserved scheduling.
We are more than happy to! In fact, when you book a service for your resident dog, care for your foster dog is complimentary.
